Scott has spent his entire professional career in the tennis industry. For five years, he was the Director of Racquets at Fisher Island Club in Miami where he led its tennis center renovation, which brought all four Grand Slam playing surfaces to its members. At Fisher, Scott regularly hosted exhibition and training events for top 50 WTA and ATP Tour Professionals, with whom he continues to have deep relationships. Subsequently, he was the General Manager of the Orange Lawn Tennis Club in South Orange, New Jersey. At Orange Lawn, he led the design and development of a new clubhouse, significantly enhanced the high performance and junior coaching programs, and managed two restaurants.
Scott grew up in Alabama where he first developed his love for tennis. His parents were collegiate and US Olympic tennis coaches, and Scott himself was a top junior, ranked as high as #3 in the state at 16 years old. Scott and his wife, Nicky, live in Coconut Grove
